Short description of the project:
In order to increase the level of competitiveness of the company Promo Logistika d.o.o., it is necessary to improve business processes and create a competitive advantage that is being reflected in this business through the speed, quality and accuracy of the service. The speed and quality of the service will be significantly improved by purchasing an information and communication application solution that will enable the management of the new customer base, customer management, sales management and project management and implementation. The implementation of this project will enable the healthy growth and development of the company and will strengthen the market position because the speed and quality of service will result in an increase in the number of services per year, but also an increase in total revenue, sales revenue and number of employees.
Objectives and expected results of the project:
By implementing project activities, the following project results are being achieved:
1. Procured and installed software and equipment;
2. Improved business processes of the User;
3. All existing employees retained;
4. Employment of at least one new person.
Total project value and amount co-financed by the EU (in HRK):
The total value of the project is 802,844.18 HRK
The total value of eligible costs is HRK 581,861.34 HRK
The EU share amount in project financing is HRK 320,023.60 HRK.
